    Hidden problems

    Pros:
    Beautiful property that is pretty new. Impressive house.
    Cons:
    Landlord very slow to respond to any problems.

    Floors very squeaky in the whole house, cheaply installed.

    Garbage outside is a mess. Need a garbage lock bin to put the garbage cans in.

    Security camera system is difficult to use.

    Handles fall off refrigerator doors.

    Had small issues with bugs coming in via bathroom exhaust.

    Outlet covers missing.
