Nice building and amenities, bad mgmt
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient location, lots of closet space and good layout. Nice amenities. Clean. Super is friendly.
Cons:
Thin walls, can hear clear conversations from neighbors, usually bearable until there’s a party or something. Can see the light from my neighbors room through a floor-to-ceiling crack due to a gap btwn the wall and window brick. Mgmt is hard to get ahold of, they dodge calls and do the bare minimum. Had an issue getting keys on move in day. Communication with them can feel dehumanizing because it’s purely transactional to them and about their bottom line despite the fact that they are the business of housing people.
Advice to owner:
Better communication and please provide documentation. Sometimes seems like avoiding paper trail. Treat your tenants with decency and be reasonable. The housing market in the city is hard enough.

Nice but sounds travels easily.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice layout and interior. New building.
Cons:
Thin walls, can easily hear neighbors. Sound travels easily through concrete floors. Can easily hear street noise through window (but it's a quiet street).
