was affordable when I was there in 2019
roaches bedbugs neighbor kept banging on our door for no reason and calling police for partying when we were all sleeping and landlords did nothing didn't give us security deposits back because of one of the tenants breaking the lease and never paying their rent even though we paid all of ours
