Pros

Clean, nice building. Properly functioning. Good size apartments and modern features.

Cons

Area, at night its not great, the train can be really loud and street noise. They hide fees in the lease and amenities.

Advice to the owners

Be upfront about everything. Don’t make it sound one way when its actually another.
