Absolute scam. Do not waste your money. Despite an 800+ credit score and 6 figures income, no pets no kids, not drinking not smoking person, I was denied after 3 weeks of hoops. They are stuck in the past- they even sent someone to my home to "inspect" my living conditions, only to deny the application and pocket $1,350 in "fees". The building is old and outdated, yet they charge you for every breath you take.
Advice to the owners
Buyers, stay away: you will never be able to sublet your unit with this hostile Board. They aren’t looking for residents; they are looking for high-qualified applicants to shake down for application fees. Avoid at all costs.
