Way too noisy

Pros:
Modern "smart building", few vermin because building is new, nice amenities
Cons:
Cheap finishes and appliances don't stand up to use; cabinets and microwave are too high off the ground for average people; but the VERY WORST is the noise level, especially for the top and bottom few floors on weekends. There are loud roof garden parties that affect both top and lower floors, because the revelers are constantly coming in and out of the building, making noise for the lower floors. Ground floor residents really have it bad, because the lobby is an amplifier that needs sound clouds or something to cut down on the reverberation.
Advice to owner:
Maintain the laundry better. Fix the noise problem on the ground floor. Have a clear way to reserve group amenities AND ENFORCE IT!!!

Nice new build but thin walls/loud neighbors

Pros:
Location near 2345 at Franklin is great! Clean new building Love the in-building gym and washer/dryer in unit
Cons:
Walls are very thin and hallways are echoey Has a package room but lots of folks would steal packages Many neighbors like to party
Advice to owner:
Put down some carpeting or something in hallways to reduce the echos
