    Good building in a great location

    Pros:
    Super is very responsive, clean, friendly neighbors, great location, nice rooftop, and no rodents/pests
    Cons:
    No sprayer for the sink, small gym, can get noises as some apartments (mine) are next to a park

    Great Building Quiet with access to Williamsburg

    Management is very responsive, clean building, quiet neighborhood, close to McCarren park, greenpoint and Williamsburg, parking is easy, nice appliances
