Solid place to live, slightly expensive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Party room and pool table were nice. Awesome roof. Lobby and coworking areas were nice. Big windows in bedroom and master bedroom has a really nice closet. Appliances and cabinetry were good.
Cons:
Certain things never got completed. Like there is still a hole (for a vent installation maybe?) in the wall in the hallway from when I moved in over a year ago. And the common spaces get trashed semi regularly (building staff is quick to clean it up though). Pool table got destroyed.
Advice to owner:
Consider fining people who damage common spaces

Bittersweet, but does the job
Former Tenant
Pros:
For the most part, it's been a really nice time here. The gym is a bit small, but pretty functional. The rooftop view is one of the best I've been to. The rooms themselves are decently sized, and for smaller things, management is pretty responsive. Location next to trains and great eats!
Cons:
We've had a couple of instances where some appliances don't work, they come to fix it, then it breaks down again. Unless I give them a strongly worded email then they go and help us. It could be a lot better.
