    Decent building but not the best neighborhood
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    New building, modern design, brick exterior, in unit AC and heating.
    Cons:
    Apts have linoleum floors (at least it’s not the gray one that’s plagued new buildings)
    No key gob to enter. We use a code like it’s 1980.
    No in unit washer/dryer. At least the basement ones are ok.
