Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenants at 662 Pacific Street praise the building for its exceptional cleanliness, well-maintained amenities including gym and pool, and friendly, professional staff like doormen and handymen. The location is highly convenient with access to multiple neighborhoods and public transit. Pest control is excellent, and residents generally find neighbors amicable. However, noise levels can be an issue due to proximity to busy streets, a firehouse, police precinct, frequent construction, and Barclays events. Some units have small floor plans and weak AC or water pressure. Management responsiveness varies, with a few complaints on slow responses and strict guest policies, yet most recommend living here for comfort and excellent service.
