Ascetically pleasing area to reside

Pros:
The building is absolutely gorgeous!
Cons:
There's a constant fire alarm signal alarming that you can throughout the entire building all the time.
Very little security: no ccttv, no concierge, etc
Mail: delivered packages left unattended and unsecured
Advice to owner:
Reduce the noise pollution (fire alarm especially) and increase Security Measures
