Pros
Close to two subway lines (M & J) and much of Bushwick’s nightlife. Washer dryer in unit & dishwasher were a big plus. Nice sized apartment.
Cons
Carlos (the super) meant well and tried to be helpful, he often cited the owners didn’t allow him enough opportunity to help as he would’ve liked as they lived in Israel. Carlos also seemed overworked as well. Also on a bit of a busy/noisy street at times. If you plan on using a car here parking is pretty difficult and alternate side rules will have you moving your car almost daily. Quite limited on storage, no real room for any dining area aside from the kitchen countertop. Had to ask numerous times for security deposit back.
