Responsive management, subpar finishes

Pros

- convenient - responsive management - nice rooms, good amenities - amazing concierge, all of them are lovely - managed package room - large windows

Cons

- learned that there was a health hazard after moving in from an oil / gas spill that happened decades before construction; it’s managed now and meets city guidelines, but i wish i knew it was vented on the roof - cheap appliances — oven & ac units both. ac units for our apartment were okay (although there was a draft sometimes in the winter), but it was worse for other tenants and their bills were crazy high
