Avoid Living Here

Pros:
The building is clean. They have been responsive to maintenance requests.
Cons:
Rent is way too high for location and square footage. Owned by a large corporation that has lots of buildings in the area. Has a huge package theft issue with no resolution despite all of the reports from other tenants.

Avoid Rentopia and Bedford Enterprises

Pros:
The building itself is great. Built well, clean, with some decent views
Cons:
The management company is extremely sketchy. Rentopia/Bedford Enterprises is some of the greediest landlords I’ve ever seen. I have strong evidence that I’m vastly overpaying for my unit but the company believes they can charge even more.
