Walls and floors are thin.
Pros
Good management Friendly staff Nice ameneities (basketball, pickleball, gym)
Cons
The walls and floors in this building are ridiculously thin. I have to sleep with earplugs every night because I can hear my next-door neighbours having completely normal conversations, laughing, and going about their daily lives as if the walls weren't paper thin. Somehow, this so-called luxury building managed to rent the unit next to me to a group of college kids who seem to have no concept of going to bed before 1 AM. The soundproofing is absolutely pathetic. You can hear conversations through the walls, which is honestly unacceptable for a building that markets itself as luxury housing. I'm paying a premium to live here, not to feel like I'm sharing an apartment with the people next door. It's beyond frustrating that I have to wear earplugs just to get some sleep in my own home. Unfortunately, I'm stuck here for another year before I can move out. So much for luxury living.
