    Unresponsive management, illegal withholding deposit

    Pros:
    The apartments have no pests
    Cons:
    The property management company does nothing and never responds to any correspondence. We’re moved out and they have yet to return our security deposit and accused us of taking a ‘furnished’ tv we bought ourselves. This is run on peak profit motive
    Advice to owner:
    Respond to your emails and follow the law
