Old building with no maintenance, no ring bell, old heat systems that didn't work, still we paid hundreds a month for heating. A lot of noise from the street and the train entrance. The flooring is old and cracking. Still no ring bell, no cameras, no upgrades. Please dont do it. Btw the owner charged 2 month security deposit and only gave us back less than one month. We lost money every month and I developed a severe anxiety issue.
Advice to the owners
Invest in your property and be honest.
