Would live here again!

Pros

The landlords were so lovely and the area was really nice. Our unit had so much space for such a great price, lots of sunlight, and a full-sized kitchen.

Cons

Had a pest problem but the landlords were extremely helpful and it was resolved.

Amazing building in LIC!

Pros

Clean, renovated, spacious. Kind and responsive landlords. Great views and location. This place is a gem!

Cons

The back bedrooms get a lot of bar noise from Dominie’s in the summertime (when the backyard of the bar is open). With the windows closed it isn’t too bad though and you get used to it.
