    Great location, but not the most well built.
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Very convenient to the 7 train line and I like the virtual doorman they have to prevent package theft.
    Cons:
    Can hear neighbors/barking dogs from inside their apartment while in my own apartment. Appliances break sometimes, but management is usually responsive to get them fixed.
