Very tall ceilings

Cons

Slow management response, flooding, dirty exterior, constant repairs needed, bad floors. Garbage chute and rooms overflow every weekend. With a karaoke bar opening in the basement, there is music blasting and people screaming until 4 or 5 am that you can clearly hear in the apartments. Also, lots of large groups of drunk people outside
