    An okay place for the money

    Pros:
    Relatively affordable compared to other buildings in LIC
    Cons:
    management not responsive
    water pressure is finicky

    Good spacious apartment

    Very spacious and good priced in lic
    Cons:
    However they started to charge 421 surcharge, on top of rent which increases every renewal
