Pros:
The location was ideal. Bus stop right outside the building and short walks to the laundromat, market, pharmacy and train.
Cons:
Thin walls and super creaky floors. Extremely noisy neighbors on the 2nd floor.

Pros:
Live-in super is helpful & responsive, super quiet building, no crazy pest problems, really never had any issues the whole time I've been here.
Cons:
Garbage could be taken out a bit quicker but not a big deal, as I said there's been no pest issues to my knowledge.
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you're doing!
