    Pros:
    Cute neighborhood, really lovely people on the street and such a convenient location
    Cons:
    Roaches, mice, a wall that was unfinished that the contractor knew about but allowed it to balloon with water, and landlord that only showed roach traps. It's rent stabilized but it's not worth the emotional trauma
    Advice to owner:
    Fix your home!! You live there, too!
