Landlord From Hell

Cons:
Landlord is racist but doesn’t like to admit it. He will illegally ask for 2 months rent as deposit and in some cases 12 months of rent upfront if he smells your desperation. Construction taking place just behind the apartment building (starts spring of 2025) so noise levels will be at a high for at least a year. The nearest train station; 52nd won’t be accessible till track maintenance so the apartment will no longer be a stone throw away from the station. Ridiculous Rent hikes- went up 16% without any change or improvements.
Advice to owner:
Touch some grass.
