Just fine building

Pros:
Super is on-site, building is cleaned semi-regularly, monthly exterminator visit
Cons:
The laundry downstairs does not work, the walkway into the building is frequently dirty. When I had a series of packages stolen (and others in the building did as well), the management company did nothing to help identify if the thief was internal or external.

Pros:
elevator pretty reliable and 2 washers + 2 dryers working 99.9% of the time
Cons:
loose garbage will cover the walkway into our foyer for weeks before a neighbor is fed up enough & uses their own cleaning supplies to clean up the foyer. building rated as an F in energy efficiency and pests are persistent
Advice to owner:
owner needs to prioritize garbage clean up and maybe pests will be controlled
