* large appartments for the price * building is clean * Thick walls so I cannot hear neighbors.
Cons:
* management takes checks, and will not move to a system where I can pay online. Checks have been lost in the mail and the risk is given to the tenant, this is unfair. * when issues arise they are met with super and landlord pushback
Advice to owner:
Allow for online payment, you can hire a property manager but not online payment solutions. Also make it easier to give issues because I have been met with pushback such as fly net in windows (which was never installed) and super borderline harsssing me for the fridge when the replacement came.

Cons:
roach problem in kitchen area that is not easily fixed because of poor renovation cabinets are not properly sealed so cockroaches can get around easily pain on walls is very poor quality and comes off using wet wipes
