Good building bad appartment and management
Former Tenant
Pros:
* large appartments for the price
* building is clean
* Thick walls so I cannot hear neighbors.
Cons:
* management takes checks, and will not move to a system where I can pay online. Checks have been lost in the mail and the risk is given to the tenant, this is unfair.
* when issues arise they are met with super and landlord pushback
Advice to owner:
Allow for online payment, you can hire a property manager but not online payment solutions. Also make it easier to give issues because I have been met with pushback such as fly net in windows (which was never installed) and super borderline harsssing me for the fridge when the replacement came.
