    Great building to live in.

    Friendly people and neighborhood. Responsive super.
    Cons:
    So far not too many cons.
    Advice to owner:
    It would be much more convenient to be able to pay rent electronically. They only accept a mailed check.

    have to shower as soon as i get home from work or i'll run out of hot water before i can.
