The landlord is two faced and is only after his own best interest.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors were friendly enough and looked out for one another.
Cons:
The roaches were out of control. The sounds traveled through the walls a lot. The hot water took a while to start up. The noise travels through walls very easily. Things were left unfinished.
Advice to owner:
Keep your homes up to code. Take care of the huge pest problem. I understand managing a property is a lot of work and obviously you have to look out for yourself first, but learn to have a little compassion for people. Human beings aren't your play things for when it's convenient.
