    Good area. Bad neighbors

    Pros:
    Sunnyside is great. Safe and there’s a lot of things around.
    Cons:
    The neighbors are loud, smoke marihuana. The super is not reliable and wouldn’t solve issues quickly.
    Advice to owner:
    Change the super. He’a useless
