Pretty decent
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's clean and quiet, neighbors are friendly. The location is a short walk from the nightlife in Sunnyside without the street noise.
Cons:
Water charges added to my rent without being listed in any lease I've signed. Mgmt was unresponsive to any emails I sent. Only half the laundry machines work, and the elevator is always breaking down. Rent is high for the area.
Advice to owner:
Fix the laundry machines, hire better porters, and fix the security cameras in the lobby.
