Decent Place to Rent
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious apartments, all utilities included, reasonable rent price, pretty quiet area, responsive supers, solid elevator & laundry room
Cons:
occasional roaches, walls are very thin so upstairs is pretty loud + complaints about loud noise because of the walls/floors, many strict house rules that are not mentioned until signing. Not enough heat in the winter (sometimes it feels colder in my apartment than outside)
Advice to owner:
Turn on the heat when it’s 35 degrees outside! Post more information (times they will be in building, etc) about the fumigation for newcomers, a sign up list with only a date is not enough.
