    Stay Away from Vita Engellis
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    I liked the size of the apartment and the location
    Cons:
    Infested with roaches. Everything was broken and rundown. Vita did not return my security deposit (nor did she return the security deposit of any of the people who came through the building when I lived there). The electricity was a mess, the plumbing was a mess. Stay away.
