Excellent managed condo

Pros

- Well managed, i honestly have 0 problems with this building and has been the least problematic building i have ever lived in - Quiet/professional/respectful neighbors, as this is a condo (and not an apartment full of new grads)

Cons

- Far from trader joes/target/court sq so grabbing groceries/essential is a bit of a walk (~12 mins). However tradeoff is that area is significantly less foot traffic and very quiet - Area in general is still under heavy development so expect active construction but noise hasnt been a problem
