Review Summary for 29-15 36 Avenue
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 29-15 36 Avenue, Queens, NY highlight a building with well-maintained, spacious apartments and responsive superintendents. Tenants appreciate the cleanliness, effective garbage management, and generally friendly neighbors. The location near transit adds to convenience. However, recurring concerns include occasional noisy neighbors and variable noise levels, as well as some issues with heating control. Water pressure was noted as sometimes weak. Management is praised at times for responsiveness but also criticized for unclear communication and disputes over rent stabilization compliance and rent increases. Lack of certain amenities like laundry and elevator was also mentioned. Overall, the building appeals to those valuing space and upkeep but with caution on management and noise.
