Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent renter feedback for 3 Court Square highlights its modern, well-maintained environment with stunning Manhattan views and excellent transit access via the Court Square station. The building features high-end appliances, a spacious gym, a stylish pool, and attentive, friendly staff, contributing to a secure and pleasant living experience. While residents appreciate the cleanliness and quietness, some note occasional noise from the 7 train and delays during peak hours typical of a large building. Minor issues include laundry room maintenance and the need for closet improvements, but overall responsive management makes this a desirable option for renters seeking contemporary comfort in Long Island City.

Modern Living with good Views
Former Tenant
Pros:
The floor-to-ceiling windows in my unit offer jaw-dropping views of Manhattan, especially at sunset. It's honestly one of the best parts of living here.
Direct access to Court Square station is a game-changer. E, M, G, and 7 trains make getting into Manhattan super fast.
The gym is huge and well-equipped, the pool is gorgeous (especially with the skylight), and the resident lounges feel like a hotel. There's even a pet spa!
Everything in the apartment is sleek and new — from the Bosch appliances to the minimalist finishes. It’s a clean, contemporary vibe.
The front desk and package room team are friendly and responsive. Always feels secure and well-managed at the entrance level.
Cons:
With so many floors and residents, there are noticeable delays during peak hours. Sometimes it feels like an office building.
The 7 train under the building is loud.
