Pros

The super is incredibly helpful and responsive.

Cons

The intercom has been broken for seven months, there were daily roaches in the summer due to an infestation in the basement, and management does not respond to requests.

Nice building over all

Pros

Common areas are clean, the workers are nice, heating/cooling works as expected throughout seasons

Cons

Only 01 elevator for a busy building, need to share with garbage cleaning etc., super is not very responsive to fix issues with urgency. Intercom not working properly for 6months and counting
