Fantastic tenants and management!

Pros

The super is very responsive, and management wants to fix issues. Also tenants are all great, packages never get stolen!

Cons

An exterminator comes once a month for cockroaches. We had a problem with roaches for a bit but then we got some traps of our own and we rarely have roaches now.
