Bugs, no heating, no cooking gas, broken outside fixtures not fixed after multiple requests. Landlord unresponsive on many many occasions. Oh, and hundreds of mice, personally caught over 50

Landlord is horrible we don’t get a response from him, on anything. He ignored us as our heat was out for two consecutive winters, and no gas for a year. He has ignored water leaks in every unit and covers up with cheap labor. We moved in with a lot of flaws and violations he never once addressed after acknowledging, city had to come and do multiple repairs. Neighborhood is unsanitary
