Not the best

Pros:
Rooftop terrace, dog friendly, rent stabilized
New owner did make improvements
Cons:
It’s marketed as a luxury building but an extremely cheap build. You plug something in and it falls out of the wall outlet. Only have wall heaters that run on electricity so your electric bill will be sky high even though the heaters don’t heat the apartment thoroughly. No doorman, and packages get constantly stolen. Despite this they have let the security cameras remain nonfunctional for months.

Location, open kitchen
Cons:
Not transparent management, small, washer dryer in units half work and when you talk to Mgmt about a new one they replace it with one from an empty unit
