SO MANY ISSUES
Pros
Location is near the ferry and water. Also close to Socrates Park
Cons
Pest control has been abysmal. When we had a mouse issues my fiancé did the work to plus up the wholes. No exterminators has ever been called . We have a family of raccoons outside our window and never once has that been handled. Building has thin walls so you hear every person go up the stairs and go out the building. Super of the building is not super responsive.
Advice to the owners
Sell the property to someone who can actually do better.
