    Worst nyc apartment

    Pros:
    It was new when I moved in. Location was okay. Started construction during summer without notice
    Cons:
    1.Parking garage not available even after a year. Nicely asked super but didn’t reply back only after 8months that she needed someone to come appraise the room lol. 2. Cockroaches big ones everywhere. 3. No super or cleaning person so the place gets filthy until the garbage gets thrown out 4. *promised* rent won’t go up but told us this year bank is forcing them to raise the rent 5. Zero security so random people work in out of the building smoking weed 6. Things broken but never fixed, 7. The room are not built correctly please check the gaps, there are bugs coming in the new building
    Advice to owner:
    Lol, why say rent is going to be the same just stick with the same story.
