You can control the heat yourself.

I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS EVER. If I’m writing this I’ve had enough. The landlord rose is absolutely the worst landlord known to man. The building has a “restaurant” inside that BLASTS music till 2am. NOTHING has been done after multiple calls, texts, complaints, calls to police, EVEN mailing to the official VASTO mailing address. These people ignore you they do not care. This place blasts music every single day until 2-3am. You will get no peace, no sleep and no quiet. Friday and Saturday it’s even louder than normal. The people that attend that awful restaurant called truth hang around the building standing yelling smoking you get no freaking peace. Can’t walk outside the building without 10 guys standing there with their loud cars as well. If you live above them you’ll be smelling their kitchen all night long. Not to mention packages get stolen ALL THE TIME. Nothing is done about this ever. Neighbors have left complaints and they don’t respond unless you are late with rent 1 month out of the 4 years I’ve lived here.
Advice to owner:
Do your job.

The landlord is USELESS won’t ever respond to you . DOWNSTAIRS BAR BLASTS MUSIC TILL 2am. NOTHING IS DONE. Everyone always moves out and everyone complains about this building. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT ! DO NOT MOVE IN DONT
