    Bad smells
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great neighborhood, close to trains
    Cons:
    The building smells bad, and I think there may be a hoarder who lives in one of the units. Constant tobacco, and weed smoke from another one of the units.
    Advice to owner:
    clean it up, get rid of the people who smoke inside
