Nice building, well maintained

Pros

The building is new and well maintained. Pests and rodents are not a problem, I've never seen a roach inside the apartment. Trash rooms and laundry room are kept clean. Rooftop is very nice. I like that all doors are electronic so there is no need to carry physical keys.

Cons

Walls are somewhat thin between apartments. I can hear my neighbors TV through the wall. Maintenance sometimes takes a few days to address non-urgent requests.

Not Bad for Quiet Living

Pros

Maintenance staff is friendly and very responsive! The laundry room is phone operated, so there’s no need to carry around change. Roof access is pretty top tier for residences in the area.

Cons

The vetting process for applying was a little intense but a non-issue at the end of the day. Moving in, the unit wasn’t cleaned thoroughly and carries odors from previous tenants which was not addressed by management.
