Decent Astoria building

Pros

The building is clean and well-maintained for the most part. Urgent issues (heat, locksmith, etc) are addressed promptly.

Cons

The owners are terrible communicators for any non-urgent issues and will often ignore messages entirely or lie about issues being resolved that were not addressed. The elevator randomly stops working and they ignore any requests for the issue to be looked into.

Location was great not a lot of issues needed addressing

Cons

Building isn’t insulated great and winters are COLD!!!!! Heat bill is several hundred dollars to still be so cold.
