    The main problem is outside
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The heating is good, no problems with pests and the building even though old is clean.
    Cons:
    The main problem is Astoria World Manor, an event hall right next to the building. They regularly create noise in the parking lot, it's extremely annoying.
