Renters approve of the building's owners
Renovated and aesthetically pleasing building. Heat and cooling work through the same machines, so no need to bring an A/C. Super is so sweet and thorough! Whenever we had an issue the landlord sent someone over within the next couple of days.
The building definitely feels like it was built quickly and has some quirks (light switches that don't seem to do anything, the occasional uneven wall, etc.)
