Great Experience

Pros:
The super was great and always responsive to my requests. Never had any pest issues and they had an exterminator come for prevention twice a month. Paying rent was easy electronically, and I received my security deposit back promptly. Never had any noise issues with neighbors.
Cons:
There were a handful of days in the winter the heat was not high enough.
