Not the best close to the worst

Pros:
Good location, cute courtyard and porters are very nice.
Cons:
Managed by A&E, other locations are managed better but this one they dont seem to give a shit.
Advice to owner:
Stronger pest control

I loved the surrounding area The building was very clean Friendly and helpful staff and super Laundry on site was a super plus Dog friendly
Cons:
neighbors were not clean and there were german roaches in my apartment from next door When I brought it up with mgmt they did not respond with a solution
