Some Good Some Bad

Pros

The building's super is friendly and seems to care about the tenants. Many of the tenants are friendly with each other and know each other. The washers and dryers in the basement are nice and it's easy to get lots of laundry done.

Cons

The management company does not adequately respond to problems within the building. They pretend they care about their tenants but they are working to squeeze several of them out by not helping with problems they're facing. It's likely that they want to get rent stabilized units to move out so they can de-stabilize those apartments and increase the rent.

Do right by your tenants.
